Playful Arts Festival brings new work from upcoming talent to the festival. The festival has a longstanding collaboration with HKU University of the Arts Utrecht where students work in cross-disciplinary teams to conceive of new interactive & playful artworks tailormade to the festival. Students come from Music Technology, Interactive Performance Design and Theater Design.

Playful Arts Festival brengt nieuw werk van jong en opkomend talent naar het festival. Het festival heeft een langdurige samenwerking met Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht , waar studenten in crossdisciplinaire groepen samenwerken en speciaal voor het festival nieuwe interactieve en speelse werken maken. Students komen van de opleidingen Music Technology, Interactive Performance Design and Theater Design.

Compressed Surrounding is a spatial sculpture where visitors get in touch with their auditive environment. Together they form the outlines of a dynamic resonance box where they are the connecting factor between air and sound.

Compressed Surrounding is een ruimtelijke sculptuur, waarin de bezoekers door aanraking in contact komen met hun auditieve omgeving. Samen vormen zij de omtrekken van de dynamische klankkast waarin zij de verbindende factor zijn tussen lucht en geluid.

We feed KAAT, a product of human consumption and indifference. Discarded consumer goods are digested into a new product. We invite you to join our production process in labour. Not that you remain responsible for your actions. Follow the instructions of our employees carefully. If you do not do this it can lead to major consequences for the production process.
