‘Variations on you and them’ is a trilogy of pieces for two people. Each explores this theme in a different way. One is a performance, another is a contract, and the third is a dance. Through these encounters Field hopes to invite the visitor to consider their relationship to the people around them – those you know intimately and those you do not yet know at all.

Andy Field is a theatremaker, curator, and co-director of the performance collective Forest Fringe. He has toured his own contemporary performance work across the UK and internationally. Andy also writes on performance and in 2012 completed a PhD imagining new relationships with the New York avant-gardes of the 1960s.
